CAFES VITORIA S.L. from its creation in the 70s in Barcelona, an SME committed, dynamic and family driven. We are fully dedicated to the HORECA and VENDING, creating the foundations of a solid and transparent project.

Currently, we commercialise 3 coffee brand under our name, but we also produce for private labels.

Our social sensitivity and environmental awareness let us achieve the FLO Certification in 2006.

Fairtrade is about better prices, decent working conditions, local sustainability, and fair terms of trade for farmers and workers in the developing world. By requiring companies to pay sustainable prices (which must never fall lower than the market price), Fairtrade addresses the injustices of conventional trade, which traditionally discriminates against the poorest, weakest producers. It enables them to improve their position and have more control over their lives.

We are partners of “CAFÉ MUNDI”, an NGO dedicated to improve the living conditions of coffee communities through the creation of infrastructures and mechanisms which help fight poverty.

Using their knowledge of coffee producing countries, these companies started an aid programme for these coffee communities.

VITORIA CAFES

As well as working with FAIRTRADE Certification, our concern about sustainability has led us to create our organic coffee product line. We obtained the approval of CCPAE to produce and commercialize organic products under the certificate ES-ECO-019-CT.

Once officially certified, and from 2017, we have developed throughout Europe and specially in the Nordic Countries, our organic coffee line. Adapting the level of roasting and packaging to their specific needs.

COLONIAL COFFEE COMPANY

After this experience we started developing a special format for the retail market. We believe that a 250 and 500 g packaging would be a very interesting option.

Our desire to offer the best possible coffee, leads us to always buy directly through cooperatives and farmers. That allows us to offer conventional coffee, special quality, differentiated and organic, all of it with full traceability.

CAFÉ MUNDI is a foundation created in July 2004 by a group of coffee companies. The objective of the CAFÉ MUNDI FOUNDATION is to improve the living conditions of coffee communities through the creation of infrastructures and mechanisms which help fight poverty.

Using their knowledge of coffee producing countries, these companies started an aid programme for these coffee communities.

By embarking on this project companies assume a supportive responsibility, which is the basis of the project.
